Lower League System Poll

Vote for which system you would prefer.
Recruiting System: similar to the EFL System, ADs(lower league GMs) would contact players when they join the site, to try to convince them to join their team. Each team would have a set amount of scholarships assigned. The ADs chosen would need to be very engaged and always recruiting. If a player joins in the middle of the season, they could use one of the redshirts spots that a team will have.

Draft System: Every player that creates after the deadline would be entered into a lower league draft at the end of the season. Here they would get drafted to a team, where they would play until they decided to uncap and move up. People that create after the draft but before trade deadline, would enter a waiver system, where teams with the highest priority(based on standings) could convince them to join their team.
