Delgado Rookie Spotlight

Carlos Delgado ended his first SBL campaign feeling a little older and wiser, but a little beat down as well after a tough year.
With the Drillers only unable to crack the 50 win mark, even with an 8 game win streak to close out the year, the team looked to individual successes for a sign of hope. Delgado proved to be one of the top up and coming players in the statistical leaderboard. Hitting at a .316 clip on on 151 hits, he finished 2nd in the league in both categories. His 19 round trippers ranked 4th and his 22 stolen bases put him in 5th league wide. Delgado finished in the top 10 in 22 categories overall and a whopping 14 finished in the top 3.
Carlos is well on his was to being a top SBL slugger, but he'll need help going forward if the Drillers will hope to playing for a title anytime soon
