Delvin is from Ypsilanti, Michigan which is just East of Detroit. Delvin was born into a sporting family that mainly played football but his dreams were to play baseball and after his brother nearly lost his ability to walk due to a football injury, the decision was made easier and he quit being a multi-sport athlete to pursue baseball full time.

2.) Your past Baseball experiences
Delvin played all through high-school and for two of them also played football. Once he committed fully to baseball he was named as one of the top players in the state of Michigan and had received offers in prominent schools in Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio to come play baseball for them but he decided to go pro instead.

3.) What type of player are you?
Decent contact hitter with above average speed and defense.

4.) Where you scouted? If not why did you choose the SBLM?
Yes, with multiple college scholarship offers but going pro was the right feeling in order to make baseball a full-time career.

5.) Interesting facts about your player.
He was born into a family with 6 kids and they were all boys so he has 5 brothers. Delvin is the 3rd oldest at 19 years old. His brother currently plays football in the Canadian Football League after a successful career as a linebacker at Central Michigan University.
