SBL Welfare Guidelines

Welfare in the SBL is pretty straight forward. Like most leagues, we allow members to claim welfare if they are unable to write an article for the league. We also provide welfare to members who are active with one of our affiliates. Please read our welfare rules below:

Any member may claim Welfare for 4 TPE by posting in the week's Welfare thread. This member can only earn 7 TPE that week, UNLESS they currently hold a league job. In this case the member can earn up to 10 TPE weekly.

Any member who links to a full point task from our partners, the Elite Football League (EFL), Simulation Basketball Association (SBA) and the Victory Hockey League (VHL), may claim welfare for 8 TPE, plus earn up to the maximum in a week. That means they are eligible to earn up to 11 TPE without a job and 14 TPE with a job.

Any member who links to a $1M Weekly Training Purchase AND a completed point task from one of these leagues, the International Sim Football League (ISFL), the Pro Baseball Experience (PBE), or the Simulation Hockey League (SHL), may claim welfare for 8 TPE, plus earn up to the maximum in a week. That means they are eligible to earn up to 11 TPE without a job and 14 TPE with a job.
