HR Kid Bolts for the SBL

Sherbrooke Mohawks outfielder Home Run Kid has just played his final game in the SBLM. It is only fitting that his last game was a win, in the a World Series over the Vegas Centurions, as Sherbrooke proved itself to be the best team in the Minors all season long.

Home Run Kid is a guy ooozing with potential even though not many people might give him much credit for. Home Run Kid debated for a little bit whether or not to stay down with the Mohawks for one more year so he could beast... as well as play in either center or right field in order to gai. Valuable defensive experience and better sell himself as a versatile fielder with some power at the plate that showed itself more and more throughout the S1 regular season.

But once the SBL declared yet another BiG draft bonus for all S1 players — this was something that Home Run Kid simply could not pass up on. He’s always had his eyes on bigger and better things and we’ll see how he fares in the SBL.
