Prezzy Jr. SBLM Review
Sun Jul 05, 2020 3:00 am
With Tracy Prezzy Jr. only spending a single season in the SBLM before moving up to the SBL, there’s not a ton to talk about. Regardless of that, I’d have to say that Tracy spent his time in the minors pretty well. He was the hitter that a lot of people expected him to be. With him playing in Chicago which is heavily a pitcher’s park, those numbers weren’t as high as they probably should’ve been but he still did his thing
Prezzy was one of, if not, arguably the best hitter in the inaugural season of the SBLM. The guy lead the league in batting average, top 5 in plenty other categories at the plate and had his fair share of deep balls.
The season didn’t really go as he had wanted when it comes to overall team performance. They were just kind of an average team that wasn’t able to get anything done in the playoffs that year. It was a bittersweet end to his career in the SBLM but it’s time for the focus to shift.
